Privacy and personal data policy
This policy explains what personal data TYCHE Facility Management receives through tyche.cl, what it is used for, how long it is kept, and how to exercise the rights granted by Chilean Law No. 21.719 on the protection of personal data.
1. Who is responsible for the data
The data controller is SOCIEDAD COMERCIAL AG Y DS SPA., tax ID (RUT) 77.754.384-9, domiciled at AVENIDA PRESIDENTE KENNEDY 5600 OFICINA 507, VITACURA, REGION METROPOLITANA, Chile. For any matter concerning personal data, the contact channel is info@tyche.cl.
2. What we collect and why
We only collect what you type into the contact form: name, company, email address, telephone, type of facility and whatever detail you choose to give us. No data is collected automatically beyond what is described in section 5, and we never ask for sensitive data.
There is a single purpose: to answer your enquiry, arrange the site visit and prepare the service proposal. Your data is never used to send you unsolicited marketing.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box in the form before sending it, and on the steps prior to a possible contract that you yourself request. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@tyche.cl, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a commercial relationship are deleted 24 months after the last contact. If the enquiry leads to a service contract, the data is kept for the duration of that relationship and for the periods required by applicable tax and labour law.
5. Who it is shared with
Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It is accessed only by TYCHE staff involved in answering you and by the providers that keep the site and the mail running (hosting and email services), which act as processors and strictly on our instructions.
The site uses no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Typefaces are served from our own server, so opening the site sends no information about you to third parties.
6. Your rights
You may ask us at any time for:
- Access: to know what data we hold about you and where it came from.
- Rectification: to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: to delete your data when it is no longer needed or you withdraw consent.
- Objection: to object to a particular use.
- Portability: to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Blocking: to suspend processing while a request is being resolved.
Write to info@tyche.cl stating your name, the right you are exercising and a way to reach you. We reply within the statutory deadlines. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Chilean Data Protection Agency.
7. Security
The site is served entirely over HTTPS. The internal record of enquiries is not reachable from the web and access is limited to the staff who must answer them. Should a security breach affect your data, we will inform you and notify the authority as required by law.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this same address with its new date. The version in force is that of 29 August 2026.
